APCF supports the Citizenship Initiative "NoConvicted in Public Functions".

APCF members have collected 500 signatures for this campaign, especially from the counties: Bacau, Neamt and Mures.

"The citizens permanently convicted for intentional offenses can not be elected in the bodies of the local public administration, in the Chamber of Deputies, in the Senate and as President of Romania, until a situation that removes the consequences of the conviction occurs".
